"This is just a short note to say THANK YOU very much. Last Monday, my wife and I were house sitting for my son. One of the storm windows broke on the first floor level and my wife was very concerned about going to sleep with the broken window missing that night. I called your store and talked to the woman on the front desk. She told me if I brought the broken window in the morning I could pick it up in the afternoon. I went to your store at 12:00 on Monday and explained that my wife was really worried about sleeping that night. She told me they would fix the window and I could pick it up at 4 o'clock that afternoon. I just want you to know that is what makes your store outstanding for customer service. That woman did a real good job. My wife and I cannot THANK he enough."
